Dave Cartmill (President, Owner-Operator)

Second generation owner, Dave has been in the monument industry for over 40 years and knows the trade like the back of his hand. Having learned the business from a young age with his father Raymond, Dave is an expert when it comes to product knowledge, ordering and logistics. Dave is committed to continuing to provide superior products and services that are unmatched by others.

Craig Cartmill (Office Manager, Consultant)

As a third generation Cartmill, Craig has been involved in monument installation and sales for over 15 years. Consultative selling, craftsmanship and product expertise are among Craig's many specialties. His personal approach and passion for the business enable him to satisfy his requests. As next in line to inherit the family business, Craig is excited to carry on the legacy of Lock City Monuments.

Anna Cartmill (Secretary, Consultant)

At Lock City Monuments, we understand that record keeping is just as important as having a quality product. For over 20 years, Anna has been in charge of keeping the accounts straight for the business and for our clients. Although she mainly handles the clerical work, Anna enjoys meeting and interacting with customers. As the wife of Dave and the mother of Craig, Anna completes the cycle of the family business.

Evan Jones (Manager, Head Designer)

With over 35 years of experience, Evan is a true craftsman. By mastering the art of etching and cutting, Evan has the skills and creativity to turn every stone into a work of art. You can be assured that Evan will take the care necessary to turn your vision into a reality.
